Vincci Djerba Resort Midoun, Midoun

This hotel has its ups and downs. It's a great place if you're looking for a relaxing holiday with lovely gardens and a big pool. However, the room cleanliness and some of the dining experiences left a lot to be desired. The friendly staff certainly helped make our stay enjoyable, but there were issues with room maintenance and food quality, especially during peak times.

We had a two-week family holiday and while the rooms were clean and well-equipped, the food left a lot to be desired. The animation team was absolutely fantastic, and the outdoor pool was a highlight for us. However, the service at reception was often frustrating, and the dining experience was disappointing at best.

Overall, the hotel was a decent stay with clean and tidy surroundings, particularly the lovely gardens and pool area, which I really enjoyed. However, the all-inclusive experience felt limiting, especially regarding drink options and food quality. The service was a bit slow and I felt there could have been better communication about the amenities available. Despite some flaws, my family had an average time during our week here.
